Which AI models is Glaut using? Why?

Glaut’s infrastructure is model agnostic, meaning we can switch the underlying AI models at any time to improve the overall experience and performance. We carefully vet any LLM provider from security and privacy perspectives before adopting it, to make sure our respondents data is safe.Currently, we are using AI models through Microsoft Azure cloud. What security protocols do you follow to protect data in transit and at rest?

All our network communications are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS):

Does Glaut train the software with respondents’ data?

None of the interviews data is used to train AI models. As clearly stated in Glaut’s AI model provider’s data policy, no customer data is EVER used to train their models. This means our respondents’ data is protected and not used for other purposes outside of the research project.Glaut might use an aggregated and anonymized version of respondents’ data to improve its services for its customers. This does not in any case breach the confidentiality and privacy of our respondents’ data.
